Shipping & Return Policy


USA

  • Java XO sells and ships items only within the boundaries of the United States. No shipments can be made to APO/FPO, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, or addresses outside of the United States. You may not export any products purchased through the Java XO.
  • The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
  • All products are considered to be “In Stock”. All orders containing only “In Stock” products are to be processed and shipped out within the same business days, if the order is placed on or before 12:00 pm PST.
  • We offer Flat Rate Shipping within North America and delivery times can take 1 to 10 business days depending on the type of service selected. All forms of shipping are via UPS (United Parcel Services, Inc.) or USPS and will vary in accordance to client selection.
  • Once the item leaves our warehouse, the Shipping Method you choose on the Checkout page determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. You can choose a different Shipping Method for each different order.
  • Depending upon the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade the shipping method, Next Business Day orders must be placed on or before 12:00 pm PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.
  • Note, no Saturday deliveries.

Canada

  • Java XO sells and ships items only within the boundaries of Canada. No shipments can be made to freight forwarders, or addresses outside Canada. You may not export any products purchased at the Java XO.
  • The shipping & handling cost for your order is based on the total value of the order prior to application of any discounts or promotions.
  • All products are considered to be “In Stock”. All orders containing only “In Stock” products are to be processed and shipped out within the same business days, if the order is placed on or before 12:00 pm PST.
  • We offer Flat Rate Shipping within North America and delivery times can take 1 to 10 business days depending on the type of service selected. All forms of shipping are via Canada Post.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes to your shipping address will be messaged to you.
  • Depending upon the shipping destination, different shipping methods will be available.
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding National and Provincial holidays within Canada.
  • Note, no Saturday deliveries.

Tracking Your Order

When can you track your order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, it may take up to 48 hours before tracking is available.
  • Orders placed on javaxo.com may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary.

Returns

The goal of Java XO is to ensure that Customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Upon receipt of any package, it should be examined closely prior to opening the factory-sealed products’ packaging. If the order is not in satisfactory, it may be returned provided that the following guidelines are observed:

Returns for “refund” are accepted by the Company only if submitted within 30 days from the order Purchase date. If there is any concern about return timelines, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Company directly as soon as possible.

All products returned (other than for determination of Defects, as outlined below), must be returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition.

Defective Products: Java XO strives for completely satisfaction of everything offered. This begins from the website all the way to the product selected. That said, “product defects” are carefully scrutinized by Java XO. Any product which is suspected to be “defective” should be immediately returned to Java XO (Please, refer to section B for return procedures) so that Quality Control can examine the product to verify the nature of the defect and recall similar products from similar lot or batch numbers. When a product determined by Java XO to be defective, or otherwise not consistent with Quality Control standards, the Company will immediately replace the product or refund the purchase price. Please DO NOT use the product. Any used or partially used product automatically voids any potential product return.

NOTE: Any products returned that do not conform to these guidelines will be sent back to the Customer at their sole expense. Remember, all returns must be submitted within the timelines established above. Returns submitted beyond these timelines will only be processed at the discretion of Java XO.

Procedures for Returns

In order for a product return to be processed efficiently, we request that you:

  • Contact Customer Support at 844-528-2961 or support@javaxo.com,
  • Provide them with the original invoice number,
  • Notify them of the product(s) being returned,
  • You are responsible for pre-paying all shipping costs related to the returned items to be sent. The Company does not accept shipping-collect packages.
  • You are encouraged to add a pre-paid tracking or delivery confirmation service to all return packages. If returned product is not received by Java XO, it is your responsibility trace the shipment. Within 30 days: Shipping and handling fee (or pick up fee) is non-refundable.
  • The merchandise must be returned unused, unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Pack and seal your return merchandise with the original invoice in the original package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

It is important to please kindly indicate the following reference numbers in your return document (photocopy of invoice)

You are encouraged to add a tracking service to your return package and email the tracking number to: support@javaxo.com. Java XO is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

The invoiced amount will be refunded to the card holder in the same form as the original payment was submitted once the package has arrived to our Warehouse department. It may take up to 5-10 business days to process the refund (for TiD to be generated). It depends on the bank when the credit to appear on their bank statements, in most cases, it will take up to 5 business days.

For returned orders, please be advised that it also takes 7-10 business days to refund the order upon confirmation that we have received the products. Up to 5 business days for the credit to be shown in bank statements (up to 15 business days in total)

Product Shortage

Must be reported to the Shipping Department within 15 days of receipt of the product for adjustments to be made. The weight will be investigated by our Logistics Department. We will be shipping the product shortage based on the result of the investigation. For follow-up regarding this matter, please e-mail support@javaxo.com
